REFUND AND GENERAL POLICY

General Policy
International Students admitted to Canadian Independent College of Ghana are required to pay all fees in advance.


When a student has been granted a admission and makes payment but decides not to come to Canadian Independent College of Ghana, no refund will be issued in this case.


When a student is asked by the Principal to withdraw from Canadian Independent College of Ghana as a result of a disciplinary action, unused tuition fees will not be refunded.


Students who require additional courses beyond the initial payment (of eight (8) or ten (10) courses) or wish to upgrade or retake a course are required to pay the additional fee in advance.


Where a student drops a course, with the Principal's approval, before the course drop deadline for the semester, the tuition fee for the course will be credited to a later semester. No tuition fee will be refunded.

Where a student drops a course after the course drop deadline, the full tuition fee for the course will be charged. A course drop form must be completed by the student and approved by the Principal.
Residence Policy
Boarding Students admitted to Canadian Independent College of Ghana are required to stay in residence until they graduate and are required to pay all fees in advance as per the fee schedule. CIC Ghana does not provide home stay.

When a student is expelled from the residence as a result of a disciplinary action, residence fees will not be refunded.

Students who have graduated from Canadian Independent College of Ghana may apply to stay in residence. The same fees and regulations apply to all returning students.
